All captured audio and transcription payloads are fully encrypted during transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We utilize cryptographically partitioned database clusters to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data requests.
3. AI Training Exclusions
Under no circumstances do we utilize customer voice records, transcripts, or summaries to train, evaluate, or update machine learning algorithms, Whisper weights, or LLM foundational parameters.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
We run minimal telemetry trackers to analyze error loops and optimize transcription page loading speeds. This analytical data remains anonymous and is never shared with third-party advertising services.
